- انشاء بنيه تحتيه متطوره للمنشآت البحثية لتطوير التقنيات للانتاج المكثف للبذور و النباتات الصحراويه لاستخدامها في الاغراض البحثية و المحافظة على التنوع الحيوي و النظم البيئية و اعادة التأهيل.
- اعادة التأهيل البيئي للاراضي المتدهورة.
الاهداف التشغيلية
- انتاج و تخزين بذور النباتات الصحراوية المحلية.
- انشاء مواقع بحثية لمشاريع التطوير المستقبلية.
- تطوير و ترخيص حزمة تكنولوجية بناءً على خبرة المعهد السابقة في الانتاج المكثف للنباتات و البذور الصحراوية.
